Question Taken at October 10, 2003 Daily Press Briefing
Iraqi Representation at Madrid Donors Conference
Question: How many Iraqis do you expect to attend the Madrid Donors conference? What level?
Answer: That will of course be an issue for the Iraqis themselves to decide in consultation with the Coalition Provisional Authority. We understand they are currently developing their delegation list and that it will include members of the Governing Council, interim ministers, working level officials, as well as participation from Iraqi non-governmental organizations and the private sector. However, a total number has still not been determined.
