Jordanian, Bahraini parliament speakers ask for ending Iraq`s occupation

Amman, Aug 29, IRNA -- Jordanian and Bahraini parliament speakers here on Friday asked the occupying forces to leave Iraq`s soil as soon as possible, and to permit the Iraqi nation to use their legitimate right to rule. According to Jordan`s Ad-Dastour daily, at the end of the Bahraini parliament Speaker Ahmad Az-Zahrani`s official visit of Jordan, he and is Jordanian counterpart Sa`d Hayel as-Sorour, stressed on the need for the restoration of the Iraqi nation`s independence, and political integrity, through trusting that country`s affairs in the hands of their real representatives. According to an official communique issued by the Public Relations Bureau of the Jordanian Parliament, the two Arab nations` parliament speakers meanwhile asked for the proper and complete implementation of the Middle East roadmap`s different articles. The two parliament speakers also asked for the Islamic and Arab nations and states` full support for the Palestinian nation`s Intifada (uprising). NA/214 End
