- Iraq: More U.S. Soldiers Killed; Saddam's Bodyguards Captured RFE/L 26 Jul 2003 -- The U.S. military says a grenade attack killed three American soldiers guarding a children's hospital near Baghdad today.
- ONE KILLED, TWO WOUNDED IN ATTACK CENTCOM 26 Jul 2003-- One soldier was killed and two were wounded when their convoy was attacked with small arms, rocket-propelled grenades and possibly an improvised explosive device on Highway 10 near Abu Ghuraib on July 26 at approximately
1:05 p.m.
- THREE KILLED, FOUR WOUNDED IN GRENADE ATTACK CENTCOM 26 Jul 2003-- Three 4th Infantry Division soldiers guarding the Ba'qubah Children's Hospital were killed and four were wounded in a grenade attack here at approximately 11 a.m. July 26.
- COALITION HELPS WITH CLEANUP AND SANITATION CENTCOM 26 Jul 2003-- Coalition forces assisted Iraqis by helping with waste management issues in the towns of Al Asriya, Mosul, Fallujah and Ar Ramadi.
- COALITION ESTABLISHED AERIAL GUNNERY RANGE CENTCOM 26 Jul 2003-- Coalition forces set up an aerial gunnery range near here allowing Coalition helicopter pilots to train with their weapons, thereby allowing them to better protect the security of the Iraqi people.
- COALITION FORCES CONFISCATE WEAPONS CENTCOM 26 Jul 2003-- Coalition forces continued to conduct patrols and raids, confiscating weapons and ammunition throughout Iraq July 25, in support of the effort to ensure lasting freedom.
- WEAPONS CACHE FOUND CENTCOM 26 Jul 2003-- Soldiers of the 4th Infantry Division on July 24 seized a large weapons cache located in a house and three adjacent bunkers near Samarrah.
