MEMBER OF 'IRAQI TOP 55' IN COALITION CONTROL

CAMP DOHA, Kuwait - Ugla Abid Saqir Al-Kubaysi in now in custody of Coalition forces. Saqir was a former Ba'ath Party Regional Chairman in the Maysan Governorate. He is No. 50 on the U.S. Central Command 'Iraqi Top 55' list.

CORRECTION: Previously reported as regional chairman of the Dhi Qar Governate.
