GENERAL KAMAL MUSTAFA ABDALLAH SULTAN AL-TIKRITI TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
MACDILL AFB, FL - General Kamal Mustafa Abdallah Sultan Al-Tikriti is now in custody of Coalition Forces. He is the former Secretary General of the Republican Guard and a former member of the regime's inner circle. He surrendered to Coalition Forces early this morning in Baghdad, Iraq.
He is No. 10 on the U.S. Central Command 'Iraqi Top 55' list.
