  • U.S. Coordinating with U.N. on Aid to Iraq, USAID Chief Says Washington File 19 Apr 2003 -- The United States is coordinating closely with the United Nations to deliver humanitarian assistance and reconstruction aid to Iraq, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Andrew Natsios said in an April 18 television interview.
  • W-H-O/IRAQ/LOOTING VOA 19 Apr 2003 -- The World Health Organization says it believes the looting of medicines, equipment and hospital records from a Health Ministry warehouse and W-H-O offices in Baghdad was well organized.

  • Baghdad's Neighbors Want U.S.-led Forces Out Soon RFE/L 19 Apr 2003 -- The foreign ministers of eight Middle East nations are calling for U.S. and British forces to leave Iraq as soon as possible.
  • ARABS/IRAQ VOA 19 Apr 2003 -- Foreign ministers from six of Iraq's neighbors and Egypt and Bahrain urged coalition forces to move quickly to stabilize Iraq and then withdraw, so Iraqis can form their own government.
