SECRETARY POWELL: I'm very pleased with the conversations that we just
had with my colleagues in the European Union. We discussed a number of
issues. Of course, we discussed the President's speech and I am
pleased with the reaction so far. We also had a good discussion with
respect to the International Criminal Court and Article 98, and we're
working in a spirit of cooperation to see if we can find a way
forward.
