- Letter dated 29 April 2002 from the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General Iraqi Government 29 April 2002-- On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith a letter dated 27 April 2002 from Mr. Naji Sabri, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq. The Minister calls attention to the fact that the United States administration has made of the tragic events of 11 September 2001 an excuse to impose policies of brute force, create further tension in international relations and settle old scores with particular countries on the grounds that it is combating terrorism and halting the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, which is in flagrant violation of the relevant covenants and the norms of international law.
- Identical letters dated 28 April 2002 from the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General and to the President of the Security Council Iraqi Government 28 April 2002-- On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith a letter dated 27 April 2002 from Mr. Naji Sabri, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq. The Minister calls attention to the ongoing wanton aggression against Iraq by United States and British aircraft in the unlawful no-flight zones and to the fact that in the period from 16 March to 15 April 2002 they carried out 367 armed sorties, 38 of them from Saudi Arabia, 259 from Kuwait and 70 from Turkey, as shown in the statement enclosed with the letter.

- Letter dated 21 April 2002 from the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General Iraqi Government 21 April 2002-- The Minister reaffirms the views Iraq has previously expressed with regard to the unlawful procedures followed by the United Nations Compensation Commission.
- Iraq targets Coalition aircraft April 19, 2002 -- Iraqi forces threatened Operation Northern Watch (ONW) Coalition aircraft today. Iraqi forces air defense radar actively targeted Coalition aircraft from locations east of Mosul while ONW aircraft conducted routine enforcement of the Northern No-Fly Zone.

- Letter dated 18 April 2002 from the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General Iraqi Government 18 April 2002-- Appended to the Minister's letter is a table showing the violations of Iraq's international boundaries that were committed by United States and British warplanes flying across the demilitarized zone monitored by the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission (UNIKOM) in the period from 2 March to 5 April 2002.

- Letter dated 11 April 2002 from the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General Iraqi Government 11 April 2002-- On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith a letter dated 11 April 2002 from Mr. Naji Sabri, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, concerning the consequences of the use of depleted-uranium munitions by United States and British forces in their 1991 aggression against Iraq and calling attention to the fact that the representatives of the United Kingdom and the United States in the Security Council Committee established by resolution 661 (1990) have placed holds on contracts for drugs and medical equipment for the treatment of the various cancers caused by this depleted uranium.
