WHILE NO ARAB NATION PUBLICLY AGREED TO ALLOW U-S FORCES TO LAUNCH STRIKES FROM ITS TERRITORY, MR. COHEN SAYS HE IS SATISFIED WITH THE SUPPORT HE RECEIVED.
