Tehran, IRNA -- Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says that Iranian nation knows its worth, value its independence, and never allows anyone else to decide its destiny.
"The complexity and tenacity of Iranians is famously known in our magnificent carpets, woven through countless hours of hard work and patience," said Araqchi on his X account early on Saturday.
Touching on the "basic premise" of the Iranians, he said, "We know our worth, value our independence, and never allow anyone else to decide our destiny."
U.S. President Donald Trump must refrain from using "the disrespectful and unacceptable tone" towards the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, if he is genuine about wanting a deal, Araqchi noted.
The top diplomat advised Trump to halt hurting his millions of heartfelt followers.
"The Great and Powerful Iranian People, who showed the world that the Israeli regime had NO CHOICE but to RUN to "Daddy" to avoid being flattened by our Missiles, do not take kindly to Threats and Insults," he said.
"If Illusions lead to worse mistakes," he said, "Iran will not hesitate to unveil its Real Capabilities, which will certainly END any Delusion about the Power of Iran."
"Good will begets good will, and respect begets respect."
On June 13, the Israeli regime launched an unprovoked attack on Iran, striking nuclear, military, and civilian sites, killing over 600 people, including top military commanders, scientists, and civilians.
Iran rapidly retaliated, and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (I.R.G.C.) Aerospace Force launched 22 waves of retaliatory missile strikes in Operation True Promise III, resulting in significant damage across occupied territories.
Additionally, the United States, in an unprovoked act, joined Israel in the aggression against Iran on June 22 as it bombed nuclear sites of Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow early that year.
