On 14 April 2025, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP)2025/7741 imlementing Decision 2011/235/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Iran.
The Council decided that seven persons and two entities should be included in the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in the Annex to Decision 2011/235/CFSP.
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.
They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Decision.
The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
