On 25 July 2025, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP)2025/15581 amending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran.
The Council decided that the entry concerning one person designated in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be removed from that Annex. The restrictive measures against all other persons and entities in the list set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be maintained, insofar as their names are not mentioned in Annex VI to that Decision, and 45 entries included in Annex II should be updated.
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.
They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Decision.
The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
