
IRGC seizes oil tanker carrying smuggled fuel in southern Iranian waters

Tehran, IRNA -- The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) seized a Togo-flagged oil tanker 90 kilometers off Bushehr.
The incident occurred on Sunday 61 nautical miles southwest of Iran's port of Bushehr, the IRGC announced.
The seized vessel has 12 foreign crew members.
This vessel was carrying 1.5 million liters of diesel fuel, which was illegally passing through the waters of the Islamic Republic.
"The seizure of this vessel was done according to the judicial order," he added.
