Iran slams west's double-standards about unrests

Tehran, IRNA -- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani in a Twitter message on Thursday blasted the west's double-standards about unrests in Iran and their own countries

Referring to the contradictory behaviors of the west, including their reactions to the recent unrests in Iran, Kanaani tweeted, "There are clashes between the protesters in the streets of many European cities and the police forces every day."

He has also referred to Norway's proposed dialogue with Iran and a peaceful demonstration along the 71Km long Vali-Asr Street.

"But in their media, they are still reflecting a few months' ago protests and unrests in Iran; are they hallucinating, or telling lies to their audiences?" the Iranian foreign ministry spokesman asked.
