Tehran, IRNA -- Spokesman of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) said 15 IAEA reports have indicated that Iran had not had the slightest violation of its JCPOA commitments.
Behrouz Kamalvandi said that Iran's 60 % uranium enrichment in Fordo is a response to the IAEA Board of Governors former resolution.
He said that while according to 15 IAEA reports Iran had no violation of its commitments, which factor led to this change in the situation?
"Let us not forget that the Europeans in their communiques used to criticize the United States for its unilateral exit of the JCPOA, but now they are speaking as though Iran is responsible for the emergence of the current status," he added.
Speaking on IAEA approach in presenting its reports to the Board of Governors, Kamalvandi said, "The problem we have with the agency is their unpredictable approach. We prefer what they say in meetings with us in technical talks will be similar with their reports to the Borad of Governors, as it always used to be, but it is unfortunately not so any longer."
He said that the IAEA Director General Refael Grossi's visit of Iran was good and a step towards greater cooperation.
"In this process of cooperation and problem resolving we took a step forth, but we currently see a grey future, in which was can be neither optimist, nor pessimist," he concluded.
