IAEA delegation investigating/ ambiguities getting resolved: AEOI chief

Tehran (ISNA) - The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami on Wednesday said that the delegation of IAEA is in Tehran and they have started analyzing and investigating since yesterday.

Mohammad Eslami with referring to the latest allegation made by Bloomberg that claimed "Iran accumulated uranium enriched to 84% purity," said, "This claim previously made by some officials in IAEA is being investigated by the Agency to resolve the ambiguity posed by incorrect interpretation of a mission".

"This is a political pressure from the US that seeks for the fulfillment of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in an unilateral way. If they don't make their own commitment, this will be an absolutely unacceptable issue. We cannot tolerate these political pressures," he added.

Mohammad Eslami concluded, "We continue our own interactions with the Agency to refrain from any ambiguity".
