Iran makes technology of producing drone indigenous

Tehran, IRNA -- Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force has said that the country achieved technology of producing drone and made this technology as indigenous.
"Our military drones" can target any needed point, Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour said on the sidelines of military drills named Great Prophet 17, according to report of IRGC information center on Wednesday.
Islamic Republic of Iran has updated its tactical doctrine corresponding to new threats, the commander noted.
IRGC has to keep itself updated and ready for facing the enemies, he added.
Iran's defense system is now equipped with missiles with pinpoint accuracy thanks to efforts by indigenous experts, the commander announced.
The Great Prophet 17 drills kicked off on Monday (December 20) in the southern Iranian coastlines in Khuzestan, Bushehr and Hormuzgan provinces.
