Iran's envoy: AEOI, IAEA urge spirit of cooperation, mutual trust

London, IRNA -- Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative in Vienna Kazem Gharibabadi on Sunday said that AEOI and IAEA recalled and reaffirmed the spirit of cooperation and mutual trust.

"Joint Statement by the Head of AEOI and IAEA DG: the parties recalled and reaffirmed the spirit of cooperation and mutual trust and its continuation," Gharibabadi tweeted.

They also "emphasized the necessity of addressing the relevant issues in a constructive atmosphere and exclusively in a technical manner", he further noted.

UN nuclear chief Rafael Grossi arrived in Tehran last night to meet the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).
