Tehran (ISNA) – Responding to some false reports published in western media, Iran deputy Foreign Minister and the chairman of negotiating committee in Vienna, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi stressed, there is no discussion on the issue of 'temporary agreement' or similar issues in the talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the 4+1 group.

Araghchi stated, "Iran is only discussing the final steps to lift the oppressive sanctions against the Iranian nation, and rumors such as step-by-step plans or an interim agreement are baseless".

He continued, "Iran will not allow the negotiations to be eroded in any way, and at the same time it will not rush to reach a conclusion".

Araghchi also underlined that the talks must be conducted carefully and in the interests and definite position of the country.

He emphasized, "Any decision regarding the process and the results of the talks will be made in Tehran, and negotiating team will report to the high-ranking officials on a regular basis".
