Iran mounts night-vision systems on choppers

Tehran. Dec 21, IRNA -- Commander of the Iranian Army Ground Force's Airborne Division (Havaniruz) Brigadier-General Yousef Qorbani said on Saturday that his force has developed and mounted the night vision systems on helicopters which was in monopoly of a few countries.
The project took about a year and a half to be completed, said the commander.
Many countries spend large sums to buy the system but Iran developed it inside the country, Brigadier-General Yousef Qorbani said.
