Tehran (ISNA) –In a reaction to a joint statement by France, UK and Germany, Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif stressed that no new deal will be negotiated until the current one is fully honored.
Criticizing the E3- France, Germany, and the UK - for failing to fulfill their obligations under the JCPOA due to US pressures, Zarif wrote on his official Twitter account, "E3's paralysis in fulfilling their obligations w/o US permission has been clear since May 2018".
"Solution to this deficiency: mustering will to forge independent path–not parroting absurd US claims & requests INCONSISTENT with JCPOA. No new deal before compliance w/ current one," he added.
According to the reports, France, Germany and the UK in a joint statement on Monday night strongly condemned the September 14 attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil facilities, and pinned the blame on Tehran.
They also called on Tehran to accept negotiations on a long-term framework for its nuclear and missile programs.
