Iran to file case against recent cyber attack: Minister
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Nov 5, IRNA -- Iran's Minister of Communications said on Monday that the recent cyber attack on Iranian infrastructure will be followed up in international courts.
"The attack was organized by the same regime who has deployed cyberweapons like Stuxnet before, and was repelled by our technical teams," said Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammad-Javad Azari Jahromi in his twitter account in reaction to the recent cyber attack.
He added that the case will be taken to international courts.
The head of Telecommunications Infrastructure Company Hamid Fattahi also said, "The scattered attacks apparently from a source in the usurp regime to Iran's infrastructure were decisively neutralized."
Iran have been targeted by cyber attacks in the past, including the malicious computer worm Stuxnet which aimed to demolish Iran's nuclear sites.
