2 Iranian missile boats leave Iran for Azerbaijan

Tehran (ISNA) – Two Iranian missile boats, Paykan and Joshan left Iran's northern coasts for Baku during a ceremony to attend amphibious warfare and missile boats competitions in Russia's International Army Games.
During the ceremony, deputy of Iranian Navy for coordination insisted that, Iran is the messenger of peace, friendship and security in Caspian Sea and has a significant role in preserving security of the region.
"Americans are always trying to wage psychological warfare against Iran in the region but by adopting the guidelines, determined by our Supreme Leader, we will overcome the challenge," he said.
Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Armenia are hosting the games and 82 countries have been invited to attend the competitions which will be held from July 31 to August 11. Iran is to participate in 16 sections of the tournament with 382 participants in fields such as road patrolling and marines.
