Dialogue, cooperation key to preserve JCPOA: China's FM

Tehran (ISNA) – "Dialogue and cooperation are the key for preserving Iran's nuclear deal, not sanctions," Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi said in a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.

Mentioning the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Wang Yi said, "Iran's nuclear deal is an achievement that has been gained with difficulty and as a result of multilateral approach, so it must be preserved through remaining committed to dialogue and cooperation principles".

"JCPOA has played an influential role in expanding peace and stability in the Middle East and there is no reason for destroying the rightfulness of this international deal," Wang added.

According to a report by Press TV, the Chinese FM has also insisted that Beijing has been always preserved its cooperation with Tehran and they hoped that the beneficial cooperation continues without any problem for the two sides.
