Rouhani: No one can bring Iranian nation to its knees

Tehran, May 16, IRNA -- President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always resisted against the plots masterminded by the enemies, the US in particular, and no one can bring this great nation to its knees.
Speaking at a session of the cabinet ministers, he said irrational US officials relocated their embassy to Beit-ul-Moqaddas (Jerusalem) which is against international rules and regulations.
'There is no doubt that such misbehavior will destabilize peace and stability in the region,' President Rouhani said.
The Zionist regime and the US assume that they can deprive Palestinian nation through more pressures which is a grave mistake, he added.
Palestinian people have resisted for 70 years and are to continue their resistance until materialization of their legitimate rights, President Rouhani said.
On the JCPOA, he said great Iranian nation has always resisted against enemies plots mainly those masterminded by the US and have proven that they never yield to such pressure and no one in the world can bring them to their knees.
