FM Zarif warns against US JCPOA withdrawal

Tehran, May 8, IRNA -- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif warned US President Donald Trump against walking away from Iran nuclear deal.
'If Trump makes the mistake and pulls out of the JCPOA which is an international achievement, he will certainly be pushed to accept Iranians' rights in a more difficult situation,' according to Iranian Foreign Ministry website, Zarif made the remarks Tuesday in a meeting with managers and staff of an industrial company in Tehran.
US President Donald Trump will announce his decision on Iran nuclear deal Tuesday night (Tehran Time).
Trump was initially expected to announce his decision regarding suspending sanctions against Iran and continuing the implementation of the JCPOA on May 12.
"The JCPOA is a multilateral agreement reached by the P5+1, the European Union and Iran through negotiations and endorsed by the UN Security Council Resolution 2231, Chinese official Shuang said reiterating that China has made clear its stance on the Iran Deal before."
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has already confirmed eleven times Iran's commitment to the landmark July 2015 international deal.
