Leader urges Navy to further improve capabilities

Tehran, Nov 28, IRNA -- Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei advised the country's Naval Forces to continue their efforts to increase their capabilities.
Ayatollah Khamenei received commanders and officials of Naval Forces of Iran's Army on Tuesday.
Describing Iran's Naval Forces as being at the forefront of defending the country in strategic regions such as Makran coastline, Gulf of Oman and high seas, the Leader said: 'Good growth and momentum are being witnessed in the Navy, and the Naval Forces are far more advanced and capable than what they were 20 years ago.'
Saying that a higher level of advancement is expected for the forces, he advised them to 'pursue the already accelerated movement in every sector, with a strong resolve, morale, will, innovation and action.'
