FM sends 38-page letter to Majlis on JCPOA

Tehran, Jan 17, IRNA -- Foreign Ministry sent a 38-page letter to Majlis on implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), extension of Iran Sanction Act (ISA), US presidential election campaign and Iranophobia.
The fourth quarterly report of the foreign ministry in three parts undersigned by the Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif was sent to Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission on October 17.
The first part of the report refers to the latest developments in the nuclear program under subtitles of Iran's interaction with IAEA; heavy water reactor; related activities of heavy water factory and its products; Fordu installations; purchase of materials; stockpile, R&D of enrichment; and bilateral or multilateral cooperation to develop nuclear industry.
The second part of the report refers to latest developments in removal of economic sanctions with the following subtitles: Oil, gas and petrochemicals; transportation; financial, banking and insurance; water and electricity; industry and commerce; health and sanitation; agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries; telecommunications and information technology (IT); environment; and latest issued statistics.
The third and final part refers to 'obstacles and challenges', subtitled as extension of Iran Sanctions Act (ISA); election of new US president; problems and obstacles irrelevant to JCPOA, as well as Iranophobia.
