Iran MPs pass binding plan to receive compensation from US

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian lawmakers passed a plan binding the government to pursue compensation for the loss due to US crimes against Iran and Iranian officials.
The plan was ratified as 181 lawmakers agreed and 6 disagreed. Moreover, there were 8 abstentions out of 261 present lawmakers.
Based on the plan, the government should take the necessary steps, including legal measures, for receiving compensation from the US for the following items in which it was involved:
1: Material and spiritual loss due to August 1953 Coup in Iran
2: Material and spiritual loss due to Nojeh Coup Plot in Iran
3: Material and spiritual loss due to imposed war on Iran by Iraq
4: Material and spiritual loss resulted from martyrdom of 223.000 people and 600.000 ones disabled due to the war
5: Material and spiritual loss due to martyrdom of 17.000 Iranians in terrorist attacks
6: Material and spiritual loss due to attack on Iranian oil rigs
7: Material and spiritual loss due to espionage against Iran led or supported by US
8: Material and spiritual loss due to seizure, blocking or freezing assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran, public organizations or officials
9: All material or spiritual loss due to actions of occupying Zionist regime led or supported by US
10: All material and spiritual loss due to events which came or will come in future and were led or supported by US
