Iran to send long-term N. activities plan to IAEA soon

TEHRAN (ISNA)- The long-term plan of Iran's nuclear activities would be sent to the IAEA soon, said an Iranian official.

"The plan will be sent to the IAEA soon," said Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi, referring to preparing the AEOI long-term plan to the IAEA by the committee monitoring JCPOA implementation and Supreme National Security Council of Iran.

Regarding the timetable of transferring Iran's enriched uranium to Russia, he said, it would be conducted in some days and the IAEA is monitoring the process.

Elsewhere, regarding decommissioning centrifuges which had received gas, he said, "We will start the steps to decommission active centrifuges based on the JCPOA with closing PMD."
