Iran starts second day of military exercise

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Army started the second day of 'Prophet Mohammad 3' military exercise on Wednesday.
The Air and Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran started launching inner drones, 107 mm rocket launcher and 60 mm and 81 mm shell and Heckler & Koch G3 in the drill, said a senior Iranian military official.
The forces would start practicing ways to deal with terrorist and Takfiri groups in the third phase of the drill, Ali Jahanshahi said.
Quick reaction units and Army Air Force drones were used for heliborne operations for intelligence, engineering and sniper forces.
He also referred to differences in dealing with Takfiri and cross-regional forces and said the forces would use different tactics in which snipers and quick reaction units are of great importance.
He further said that the country would give a tough response to aggressors.
