Larijani: Iranians' patient resistance bore fruit in nuclear talks

Tehran, Oct 20, IRNA -- Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said on Monday it was patient resistance of the Iranian nation which finally bore fruit for settlement of nuclear dispute with the western governments.
'Adventurism of the Western powers continued for 12 years, but the Iranians patiently resisted to and that resistance finally bore fruit, because the Iranians never yield to injustice,' said the parliament speaker in an address to Conference on Strategic Oil and Energy.
Larijani said that the Parliament's activities and hard efforts in energy field show the Members of Parliament have great concern and support for the industrial sector, especially the oil and gas industries.
He said that although in today's world diversity of energies is much focused on, the oil and gas are still quite important for the industrial world.
