TEHRAN (ISNA)- A text of agreement known as "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action" (JCPOA) was obtained after 22 months of serious and intensive talks between Iran and G5+1 is a political and international document which includes 100 pages for the main text and 5 pages for annexes.

Three initial, operational and executive phases are needed to be accomplished to pave the way for the formation of the comprehensive agreement formally.

The program will be investigated by the six countries and Iran as their representatives will return home to announce their final views.

The political and international document will be confirmed in the UN Security Council's resolution. The JCPOA will then turn to be a formal program. The resolution will confirm the program, sets the road map to implement the agreement and stop all sanctions imposed against Iran.

The text of agreement would be investigated in the US Congress and Iranian Parliament and would become operational after it is put into vote.

All sanctions against Iran would be lifted once the JCPOA comes into effect and in return certain limitations would be imposed on Iran's nuclear program.

Based on the JCPOA:

1. All sanctions imposed on Iran will be lifted.

2. Iran will only agree with certain temporary limitations based on the red lines set by Iranian Supreme Leader and the limitations will be removed after a rational and limited period of time.

3. All economic, banking and financial sanctions will be definitely eased once the JCPOA is implemented as said by Iran's Supreme Leader

4. Iran will not be under any arm embargo and based on the UNSC resolution which is going to be issued after the final agreement is obtained, all weapons sanctions against Iran will be lifted. Based on the JCPOA's annex only certain limitations would be imposed for a limited period of time.
