TEHRAN (ISNA)- Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi said Iran and the G5+1 have reached an agreement on 90 percent of technical issues regarding Iranian nuclear program.

"We have agreed on 90 percent of technical issues," he said after his second meeting with the US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz in Lausanne, Switzerland.

"We have obtained an agreement on most of the issues. Only one matter of disagreement remains which is quite important and we are trying to settle the issue as well," he added.

Salehi further noted that in case the two sides agree on the final point, the technical issues would be close more and less.

He continued that the Iranian nuclear negotiators would move under the country's national interests and would not cross the red lines.

Also, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif described talks with the European side as 'good'.

"We discussed regional issues in bilateral meetings and we conferred on nuclear issues and specially the matters which need more discussion in the general gathering," he said after returning from Brussels.

Zarif noted that political directors of UK, German, French, Russian and Chinese foreign ministries would join the negotiators on Wednesday.
