Iran determined to resolve nuclear issue: FM

Muscat, Nov 9, IRNA -- Iran is committed to resolving nuclear issue, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Sunday.
He made the remarks in a meeting with the Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah.
Zarif thanked Oman for hosting Iran-G5+1 talks and noted that Tehran has come to the negotiation table with good will.
Iran will do its best to resolve the nuclear issue in a way that guarantee its interests, he added.
The two officials discussed latest regional and international developments including spread of terrorism and stressed the need for enhancement of all out ties between the two countries.
Zarif is in Muscat for new rounds of talks with G5+1.
On Sunday and Monday, Zarif and US Secretary of State John Kerry will meet in Muscat together with the EU nuclear coordinator Catherine Ashton, who chairs the nuclear negotiations with the Islamic Republic.
