TEHRAN (ISNA)- Senior Iranian nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi reiterated that return to the conditions before the Geneva agreement was concluded is a 'dangerous scenario.'

'No one is calling for return to the conditions before the Geneva agreement, because it will be a dangerous scenario for all,' he said.

Araqchi added nuclear agreement between Iran and the West would be in favor of the two sides and the entire region.

'That is why we are serious and we see this seriousness in the other side. We are both looking for an agreement. The agreement is available and not difficult to reach.'

Araqchi noted that if the other side shows more goodwill in the talks and stops illusions on Iranian nuclear issue, the agreement would be very close.

Elsewhere, regarding holding this round of talks in Oman, he said, 'Oman has played a very good and positive role in nuclear talks.'

The next round of talks is scheduled close to November 24 and will be very decisive. 'I hope that this round of talks in Masque will be held successfully.'

Araqchi also noted that nothing except nuclear issue would be discussed in the talks.
