Details of Iran-G5+1 N. deal in Geneva

TEHRAN (ISNA)- The content of a nuclear deal concluded between Iran and the 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany in Geneva comes as follow:
Iran has committed to stop uranium enrichment for higher than 5 percent level and dismantle the technologies used for uranium enrichment higher than 5 percent.
Iran has committed to lessen all of its uranium resources enriched nearly 20 percent to below five percent before the first phase ends, and change the resources to material which are not suitable for higher enrichment.
Iran has committed to stop advancing its enrichment potentials and not to install any centrifuge of the new generation or use them for uranium enrichment.
Iran should not run half of the centrifuges installed at Natanz nuclear site and 3/4s of the centrifuges at Fordo site so that they could not be used for uranium enrichment.
Iran should limit the number of its centrifuges to a level suitable for changing the damaged machineries so that it cannot use the 6 months period to raise centrifuges.
Iran should not increase uranium resources enriched below 3.5 percent, so that their volume at the end of the 6 months should not be more than what it has at the moment. Iran should change uranium enriched recently up to the 3.5 level to oxide.
Iran should not advance its activities at Arak Heavy Reactor and stop advancement for plutonium.
Iran has committed to allow the IAEA inspector to visit Natanz and Fordo nuclear facilities daily. The access allows the inspectors to investigate images taken by the security cameras to assure of the comprehensive monitoring.
It should provide more access to the centrifuges and uranium mines and planets to the IAEA.
Iran should also provide the IAEA with information on design of Arak Reactor.
On the other hand, the G5+1 committees not to impose new sanctions against Iran for 6 months and as along as it is possible under their political systems if Iran abides by its commitments under the agreement.
They should suspend some sanctions on gold, precious metals, Iranian car-manufacturing and petrochemical exports. They should give back 1.5 billion dollars of Iranian blocked oil income to the country.
They should allow inspection and repair some Iranian airlines inside Iran for safety purposes. It should allow Iran's oil purchase to remain at its current level.
As long as Iran is abiding by its commitments 4.2 billion dollars of its oil income would be paid back to Iran in installments.
The G5+1 should allow 400 million dollars to be transferred to prominent educational institutions in third parties in the form of fellowship from few Iranian funds to settle Iranian students tuition fee.
