Iran and the six world powers have agreed to meet again in Geneva on November 7-8 for a fresh round of negotiations over Iran's nuclear energy program.

According to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, the Western side will then have enough time to study Tehran's proposal.

The news on the next meeting comes as Iran's top diplomat Zarif and the EU foreign policy chief, Catharine Ashton, finished their wrap-up meeting on Wednesday afternoon.

They met in Geneva after three rounds of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - the United States, China, Russia, France and Britain - plus Germany.

The first round of talks was held on Tuesday morning, attended by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton.

During the closed-door meeting in the morning, Zarif presented Iran's proposal titled 'Closing an Unnecessary Crisis, and Opening a New Horizon' to Ashton and the representatives of the six countries. The details of the proposal will remain confidential for the time being.

Zarif and Aston were not present in the second round on Tuesday afternoon.

Iran and six world powers wrapped up the third round of talks on the Islamic Republic's nuclear energy program in Geneva on Wednesday afternoon.
