5+1 Group presents nuclear proposals to Iran

Moscow, March 19, IRNA -- The Russian News Agency, RIA Novosti, in a report on the talks between the nuclear experts of Iran and 6 major powers, said the 5+1 group presented a package to the Iranian side which could' remove the two sides' differences on Iran's nuclear programme'.
The news agency quoted diplomats as saying that western diplomats asked the Iranian side to respond to the proposals in the next meeting to be held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on April 5 and 6.
RIA Novosti also quoted Spokesperson for Catherine Ashton, the head of 5+1 negotiating team, as saying that Istanbul meeting was an opportunity for the two sides to talk on the technical aspects of Iran's nuclear programme.
The expert-level talks between Iran and 5+1 Group, (US, Russia, Britain, France, China, Germany), was held in Istanbul on Sunday and Monday.
