Armed forces start maneuver in western Iran

Kermanshah, Oct 21, IRNA -- The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) operation forces started a two-day maneuver in the Tange Kenesht district in this western province Sunday morning to demonstrate their defensive power.
IRGC Colonel Morteza Moradi told IRNA that the maneuver was code-named "Beit ul-Moqaddas."
It aimed at demonstrating the combat powr and security capabilities of the IRGC forces as well as promoting the participating battalions' readiness and coordination to fulfill their missions.
He said over 10,000 forces were taking part in the maneuver.
