Tehran, Sept 20, IRNA -- Angry protestors who stage a protest gathering in front of French embassy in Tehran on Thursday set fire to US and Zionist regime flags to protest the defamatory film against the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
The angry protestors shouted slogans against the US, France and the Zionist regime, showing their indignation of insulters of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
They called on Iranian ambassadors to leave bullying countries and come back home.
They carried placards reading "Down with the US," "Down with Zionists," "US, Israel, prime suspect of this crime," "Insulting to the Messenger means defaming 1.5 billion Muslims," "Down with the Three Evils, US, France, Britain."
Earlier this morning, a group of Quran reciters staged a protest rally against the US anti-Islam film at Tehran's Palestine Square.
The protestors shouted slogans against the US and Zionist regime as well as enemies of Islam and those involved in making the insulting movie.
The US-made film against Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) provoked furious outrage of Muslims worldwide including Iran, Lebanon, Pakistan and Libya where the US ambassador and three other US embassy staff were killed.
Since the defamatory film was posted on Internet, widespread demonstrations have been held by Muslims and non-Muslims in different countries to condemn sacrilege to religious sanctities and figures.
