IRGC fully ready to confront any possible threat: commander

Tehran, Sept 16, IRNA -- Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Mohammad-Ali Jafari said Sunday that the IRGC was fully prepared to confront any possible threats against the country.
Speaking to reporters, the commander said that the IRGC is equipped with the most advanced weapons and facilities to protect the Islamic Iran.
As for the US-made anti-Islam film, Jafari condemned sacrilege of the holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), describing it an American-Zionist move.
The insulting movie sparked anti-US and anti-Zionist sentiments worldwide.
