MP: West has no choice but acknowledge Iran's nuclear rights
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, June 17, IRNA -- Chairman of National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Majlis Alaedin Broujerdi said west has no choice other than acknowledging Iran's inalienable nuclear rights.
Talking to IRNA on Sunday, he outlined the procedures of the upcoming Moscow talks between Iran and the 5+1 and said the whole thing depended on the commitment of the participating states to their promises and previous suggestions.
The parliamentarian further stressed that the 5+1 member states should act according to the agreements reached during Istanbul and Baghdad talks because if they decline to do so for any reason there will be no positive outcome imaginable for the negotiations.
West has so far issued many illegal and politically motivated resolutions against Iran, Broujerdi said, stressing that Tehran is strongly against such an approach and will never withdraw from its peaceful nuclear rights.
The fourth round of talks between Iran and the 5+1 is due in Moscow on June 18. The three past sessions were held in Istanbul and Baghdad.
