Iranian Navy's flotilla to continue mission in Red Sea

TEHRAN (ISNA) - Iranian Navy's flotilla returned from the Mediterranean Sea to continue its mission in the Red Sea.

The 18th flotilla of Iranian Navy which traveled to the Mediterranean Sea for the second time after passing through Suez Channel pursued providing security of transportation line of Iranian tankers after it returned from its mission.

Shahid Daryaban Naghdi Destroyer and Khark Logistic Warship entered Mediterranean Sea after passing through Suez Channel. They came back to the Red Sea after passing their training period in the sea.

Iranian Navy officials said that the army's flotillas which moved towards the Mediterranean Sea in high seas and international waters have send the message of peace and friendship.
