Vienna, Feb 25, IRNA -- Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative in the International Atomic Energy agency ( IAEA) Ali Asghar Soltanieh on Friday underlined that new agency report has proven again that Iran nuclear activities are peaceful.
Following publication of new report of the IAEA Director General, Yukiya Amano, about Iran nuclear activities, Soltanieh told IRNA on Friday evening that the new report is an international document which proves Iran's high scientific position.
He said that Iran as a responsible and committed country to international regulations, including the agency charter and NPT convention will continue its cooperation with the agency.
Soltanieh reminded that the new report reviewed all Iran nuclear activities and the agency supervision on its activity, including enrichment of uranium.
He said that two rounds of negotiations with the agency officials in Tehran have been reflected in the report and Iran's precise answers to accusations and baseless claims.
Concerning access to some nuclear sites by agency inspectors, Soltanieh said that for any kind of access and inspection it is necessary to reach agreement on frameworks, first.
