Iran summons Azerbaijani envoy

TEHRAN (ISNA) - Iran summoned Azerbaijani ambassador Javanshir Akhundov following coming and going of certain terrorists linked to assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists in Azerbaijan.
The event came after the Caucasian country provided some facilities for the individuals to travel to Tel Aviv and cooperate with Zionist spy networks.
The Director General of Iranian Foreign Ministry for Common Wealth and Caucasus Affairs in a meeting with the Azeri envoy submitted Iran's message of protests and called for Azerbaijani government to prevent Mossad's espionage activities inside the country.
The envoy on his part said he would inform his country's officials of the issue and relay their response to Iranian side.
Iran also showed protest against Azerbaijan's inappropriate behavior with Iranian missions, anti-Iranian propaganda in media, seizure of Iranian cargo trucks traveling to Baku and called for Azerbaijan to stop such unfriendly measures.
