IRGC Air Forces receive domestic anti-craft weapons

TEHRAN (ISNA) - Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Air Forces received mass-produced anti-craft weapons systems Tuesday.

Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi attending the delivery ceremony of the systems dubbed "Saeer', (flame of fire), said, "Anti-aircraft weapon system which is a good choice for aerial artillery coverage in low and mid heights were produced domestically."

The system can intercept and shoot at the targets automatically through using radar and optical systems, he said, adding the systems have considerably strengthened Iran's defense system in low and mid heights.

Vahidi added Iranian armed forces are ready to defend the country and crush any aggressor country.
