IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Dec 16, IRNA -- Deputy Interior Minister for Security Affairs Ali Abdollahi said here on Thursday that certain local officials in Pakistan are linked with terror attacks.
Talking to IRNA, he said that the terrorists have been trained in that country according to the confessions by the Jundollah ring-leader Abdolmalek Rigi who was executed in Iran in June.
However, he said, despite Iranian requests local officials in Pakistan have not taken any serious measures to stop terrorists' activities or arrest them.
The Islamic Republic of Iran is to adopt due measure to follow up such an important issue.
A terror attack in Chabahar in the southeastern Iranian province of Sistan and Balouchestan left 130 people dead and wounded including a number of children and women who were holding the Ashura mourning ceremony.
