MP: Iran takes upper hand in nuclear talks
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Dec 5, IRNA -- Member of Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Mohammad Karami-Rad said on Sunday that the Islamic Republic of Iran would take the upper hand in the upcoming nuclear talks with G5+1 in Geneva.
Speaking to IRNA, he said Iran has successfully left behind the nuclear phase and at this sensitive juncture it points its accusing fingers at Britain for having a part in assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.
In the upcoming talks with G5+1, they should explain to Iran about the assassination of the nuclear scientists, he said.
Iran has fully answered all questions posed by G5+1, he said, adding that IAEA has issued some 22 reports on peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear activities.
“If the western countries want to create obstacles to this end, we should walk out nuclear talks and continue our cooperation with IAEA within international rules and regulations,” Karami-Rad said.
