MP: Nuclear fuel to be injected into heart of Bushehr nuclear plant

Tehran, Oct 25, IRNA -- Chairman of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi said on Monday that nuclear fuel will be placed in the heart of Bushehr nuclear reactor on Tuesday.
Addressing a group of African ambassadors residing in the Islamic Republic of Iran, he said “We are to proceed with our programs on time despite pressure being exerted by the US and a number of western countries by imposing sanctions on Iran.”
The Islamic Republic of Iran as an independent state has made great achievements in various sophisticated technological fields in the world, he said.
